- Assisting you to decide on the appropriate Corporate formation, whether it be private companies, branches of overseas companies in HK and Taiwan and Representative offices in HK, PRC, Taiwan.
- Addressing tax considerations including use of Double Tax treaties where appropriate and possible.
- Addressing the Business scope , terms of the Articles of Association or deciding on the quorum of directors, pre-emptive rights and first right of refusals issues. Addressing different class rights and staff stock options.
- Setting up Charity and Trust structures in Hong Kong and BVI.
- Provision of Registered Office or search for Registered Office as appropriate.
- Government filing compliance.
- Maintenance of corporate records in HK or PRC or Taiwan.
- Update of records for government filing or at registered office.
- Annual meetings of shareholders and board meetings as appropriate.
